Pharmacy Expo 2009 - Premier Pharmacy Practice Event

After a record breaking attendance in 2008, Pharmacy Expo is gearing up for another premier pharmacy event in 2009. The Expo is held at Darling Harbour from Fri 12th – Sun 14th June.

The free trade expo includes new products, show specials and the opportunity for all pharmacy personnel to interact with their suppliers. Over 850sqm of exhibition space has already been sold and includes a divers range or product and service categories.

The intensive 3-day education program will offer something for all levels of pharmacy and provide valuable CPD points for pharmacists and students for attending and completing the online assessment.

The program is due to released shortly and the streams will focus on complementary medicines, cardiovascular health, mental health, business management and the ever-popular clinical focus streams.

The weekend sessions are all repeated to ensure that visitors don’t miss out on attending their preferred session.

New in 2009, Expo is introducing a range of green initiatives to make the event more environmentally sustainable. In addition to online registrations and a reduced reliance on paper handouts, delegates will have the option to purchase a “Green Ticket” which will go towards making their visit to Pharmacy Expo carbon neutral. Be sure to visit our website to try the new WWF footprint calculator.

Visitor registrations will be available in March. To find out more about visiting or exhibiting at Pharmacy Expo, visit www.pharmacyexpo.com.au or contact 02 9467-7127.
